Social media can bring you customers, but only if it is done with a plan. These are the five mistakes we see most often.
1. Posting without a goal
Every post should help you reach a goal: more messages, more visits to your shop, or more website visitors. Decide the goal first.
2. Ignoring comments and messages
Customers expect a fast reply. Answer comments and private messages quickly, in the language your customer uses.
3. Using low-quality photos
Clear, bright photos and short videos build trust. You do not need expensive equipment, only good light and a steady hand.
4. Being on every platform
It is better to do one or two platforms well than five badly. Choose where your customers spend their time.
5. Not measuring results
Check which posts bring messages and sales, then do more of them. A monthly report makes this easy.
